The Greens Sale Production has Begun....
The Garden Club has been busy cutting, prepping, soaking, grouping, cleaning and trimming loads of boxwood, magnolia, fir, pine, cedar, chamaecyparis, holly, spruce, cryptomeria, arborvitae and other greenery as we begin to make the most beautiful holiday wreaths, kissing balls, arrangements, trees and swags. And what fun to do it all together! The frenzy of constructing these works of art begins December 3rd.

Fri Dec 3 Mixed Green Wreaths 9:30am-3pm
Boxwood Wreaths 3pm-6pm
Sat Dec 4 Kissing Balls 11am-4pm
Mon Dec 6 Boxwood Wreaths, Trees 1pm-5pm
Tue Dec 7 Hurricane Arrangements 12pm-4pm
Mixed Green Wreaths 5pm-8pm
Wed Dec 8 Sprays 1pm-8pm
Thur Dec 9 Arrangements 1pm-5pm
Tue Dec 14 CLEAN-UP 9am-1pm
SSM Garden Club members invite you to join them February 13 to make tussie mussies, nosegays with a message. These talking bouquets were exchanged instead of written greetings during the Victorian era. Learn about the language of flowers during this time and enjoy creating your own tussie mussie.More information to come. Check back at sandyspringmuseum.org.
